Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your Kin & Cove Cargo Shelf isn't the right fit for your vehicle, arrives damaged, or you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

To start a return, email samanthamsquires@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Cargo Shelf arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at samanthamsquires@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
